1. go to https://win.wisc.edu/ and sign in. Then search for “wisconsin cycling” and click on “Cycling Club at the University of Wisconsin Madison”
2. Click on join organization. One of the executive officers will have to approve you. Once granted access, click on “forms” on the right header.
3. Complete both the “Membership Consent Form” and the “supplemental Health Waiver” by September 17th (THIS THURSDAY)
